Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Pantsmemory Tree Service wants everyone to be able to use pantsmemory.property, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that. It is a general template and not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want the site to work for as many people as we can reach. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a common standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support access, we try to:
- Organize pages with clear headings in a sensible order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let people use the whole site with a keyboard alone
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple words
- Give form fields clear labels
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, can be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems when we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@pantsmemory.property and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your feedback on how accessible this site is. Email contact@pantsmemory.property and let us know:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you hoped would happen
- The browser, device or assistive tool you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep making things better.
